I recently represented a woman who was badly injured in a car accident.  We were able to help her get the medical care she needed and get her car repaired quickly as well.

The driver of the other vehicle only had $15,000 of liability insurance coverage, the minimum allowed in California.  Unfortunately, her car expenses alone were much higher than this, not to mention the medical bills she incurred from the severe head and back injury she suffered as a result of the accident.

Fortunately for her, she had purchased uninsured motorist coverage.  In California, this also means under-insured motorist coverage. We were able to use this coverage to make up the difference between what her expenses were and what the other driver had for insurance.
